Auravex® Gutters Weekly Giveaway Official Rules
Eligibility
Open to legal residents of Indiana who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, representatives, and affiliates of Auravex® Gutters, as well as their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, or household member), are not eligible to participate. Limit one (1) prize per household in any rolling twelve (12) month period. Void where prohibited by law. Entrants may be required to provide proof of age, residency, and ownership/authorization for the service address.
How to Enter
To enter, participants must subscribe to the Auravex® Gutters email newsletter using a valid email address.
Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without subscribing, hand-print your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address on a 3" × 5" card and mail to: “Auravex® Gutters Weekly Giveaway – AMOE,” 605 Sheridan Rd., Noblesville, IN 46060. Mailed entries must be postmarked by Tuesday and received by the following Monday to be eligible for that week’s drawing.
Limit one (1) entry per person per week regardless of method. Duplicate or automated entries will be void. No purchase necessary to enter or win. Void where prohibited.
Prize
Each week, one (1) winner will receive a free basic gutter cleaning service from Auravex® Gutters.
- Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $___.
- Prize has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may not be substituted.
- Winner is solely responsible for any taxes, fees, or additional costs.
Service Conditions & Exclusions:
- “Basic gutter cleaning” means removal of loose leaves and debris from accessible gutter runs and downspout inlets by hand or blower, and ensuring downspout entrances are unobstructed.
- Excludes roof repairs, gutter guard removal, fascia/soffit work, underground drain clearing, ice dam remediation, pest removal, sealing leaks, pressure washing, or other repairs.
- Service limited to residential properties up to two (2) stories, with total gutter length ≤ 200 linear feet, and roof pitch ≤ 8/12.
- Auravex® may refuse or reschedule service if conditions are unsafe (e.g., high winds, lightning, unstable surfaces, inaccessible roof lines).
- A responsible adult (18+) must be present to grant access and sign the standard service waiver.
- Winner must schedule service within sixty (60) days of notification and offer at least two weekday time slots. Weather or workload may require rescheduling.
- Prize is valid only within Auravex® Gutters’ designated service area. Winners outside this area will be disqualified and an alternate selected.
Auravex® is not responsible for pre-existing damage or latent defects revealed during service.
Giveaway Period
The giveaway runs on a weekly basis. Entries open each Wednesday and close the following Tuesday at 11:59 PM local time. Non-winning entries do not roll over.
Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received each week. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by email within five (5) business days.
Potential winners may be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where lawful) Publicity Release, and may need to submit a W-9 if total prize value received in a calendar year is $600 or more. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days or fails to meet eligibility, an alternate may be selected.
Terms & Conditions
By entering, participants agree to receive email communications from Auravex® Gutters, including newsletters and promotions. Participants may unsubscribe at any time; however, unsubscribing prior to the end of the entry period will void eligibility for that week’s drawing.
Auravex® reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time if fraud, technical failures, acts of God, or other factors compromise the integrity of the giveaway. Entries generated by bots, macros, or any automated means are void. Sponsor’s server is the official timekeeping device.

Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Auravex® Gutters, its employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, liability, loss, or damages arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance/use of the prize. Auravex® is not responsible for technical errors, lost entries, misdelivered emails, or service delays.
Disputes
This promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Except where prohibited, entrants agree that all disputes shall be resolved individually, without class actions, exclusively in the state or federal courts of Marion County, Indiana. The prevailing party may recover attorneys’ fees and costs as permitted by law.
Winners List & Publicity
By accepting a prize, winner grants Auravex® Gutters the right to use their name, city, likeness, and service photos for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation, where lawful.
For a winners list, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: “Winners List – Auravex® Gutters Weekly Giveaway,” 605 Sheridan Rd., Noblesville, IN 46060, within 30 days of the giveaway’s end.
